Six to seven passengers with luggage fit an Innova Crysta comfortably. Eight to twelve are best served by a Force Urbania, which has far more headroom and a smoother ride than an equivalent Tempo Traveller. Thirteen to twenty go in a larger Urbania or Tempo Traveller; above twenty, a mini-bus or full coach is both cheaper and simpler than running two vehicles.

Why Urbania over Tempo Traveller

The Force Urbania has a monocoque body, proper air conditioning throughout the cabin, individual reclining seats and a much quieter ride. For hill circuits to Coorg and Ooty it is noticeably more comfortable over a full day than a Tempo Traveller, for a modest difference in price.
